Newspaper advertising is very much alive. I've had stellar success with simple newspaper ads that have added hundreds of new patients to practices over the years.
After Google AdWords newspaper ads where the single biggest way I used to build my practices.
With one newspaper ad I ran we had over 160 calls within 4 days and 127 new client bookings!
I ran ads in the same paper for over 6 years and would average 25 to 30 visits from each ad.
Normal display ads DO NOT WORK and are out preformed hands down by an advertorial.
Write a great advertorial ad that tells a story to the perfect patient that you want to attract and have an offer in place.
Tell them what they can expect to happen when they come to see you and a story about someone “just like them” that you helped before.
Ask your clients which local papers they buy and read on a weekly basis – you may be reading them yourself – I’ve found that papers that people buy work better than the free paper that comes through the letter box!
Adding direct mail to your marketing mix is a great way to reach new patients and also builds stronger relations with your patients.
